Eve Snack- 2100
1 cup celery and broccolI
Warm up- 5 min Elliptical
4 sets of 2:15 high intensity and 2:00 min low intensity- elliptical
Jack knife- 3 sets of 10 reps
Chin Downs- 3 sets of 10
Alt lunges with 5# db- 3 sets of 12
Push ups- 3 sets of 10- db bench press on ball-5#- 3/10
Squat curl- 5# 3/10
Band rotations on ball- 3/10
resting 60 secs between sets
