2 c salad
olive oil/lemon dressing
1 cup broccoli and celery
turkey
kiwi
Pm Snack- 1530
Apple and natural pb
Dinner- 17 15
2 cups steamed cauliflower and broccoli
2 cups salad and olive oil
4 oz steak
Eve Snack- 2030
2 oz almonds
Water- 100 oz
Herbal tea - 3 cups
